The screw conveyor model SC 150 is a standard screw conveyor and is made up of 2.4 meter troughs which are fabricated from 2 mm mild steel. The continuous flighting is supported by intermediate bearings at each joint. These intermediate bearings are replaceable and are made of a high quality material. The motor base and drive bolt directly on to the endplates and the drive connection is made by means of a flexible coupling.

The conveyor is covered with a dust tight lid and the outlet end has a hinged cover to enable overflow if a blockage occurs.

The SC 150 is used for capacities ranging from 2 t/hr up to 5 t/hr depending on the material conveyed. This machine is only one of many different sizes in diameter manufactured by Rhodes Engineering.
